A flat rate of $40 is charged on all orders for standard shipping to all areas of New Zealand.
Standard delivery is usually 10 business days from despatch and will depend on your location. The indicated standard delivery time is an estimate only – this is not guaranteed and may vary dependent on your location. Wilderness Equipment cannot be held responsible for delays in parcels arriving at their destination.
Can my delivery address be different from my billing address? Yes, during the checkout process you can choose different billing and shipping addresses.
Shipment delays:
Sometimes the product you select might be unavailable. If this occurs, we will notify you by phone and/or email and you will be given the option to wait for the item to arrive back in stock, choose an alternative item, or cancel your purchase and receive a full refund.
Discrepancies:
All orders are wrapped and packaged to ensure they arrive complete and in a usable condition.
If there is a discrepancy with your delivery, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your shipment on enquiries@wildernessequipment.com.au – you will need your original purchase order number.
