Our Refund Policy

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase from wildernessequipment.com.au please contact henry@wildernessequipment.com.au
  • For health and safety reasons, returned items must be clean and dry. Items returned which are dirty, wet or mouldy will be returned to sender.
  • Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Wilderness Equipment will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased item in the same form as the original payment.
  • Refunds may take between 8-10 business days to process once an item has been delivered to us
  • Items purchased anywhere except wildernessequipment.com.au must be returned to original place of purchase
