For health and safety reasons, returned items must be clean and dry. Items returned which are dirty, wet or mouldy will be returned to sender.
Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Wilderness Equipment will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased item in the same form as the original payment.
Refunds may take between 8-10 business days to process once an item has been delivered to us
Items purchased anywhere except wildernessequipment.com.au must be returned to original place of purchase
